Michelle Butler - Managing Director

Energised, positively optimistic, and passionately committed to driving impact. Michelle Butler has over 20 years of experience as a strategic consultant. Her expertise spans commercial and marketing strategy across private and public sectors, working with global organisations such as Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board), GSK, and Unilever.

During her seven years as Bord Bia UK's General Manager, Michelle gained invaluable insights into optimum market entry strategies and the complexities of export markets. This role equipped her with versatile skills in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, while also building an extensive network of trusted industry contacts.

As the leader of a multimillion-pound communications agency, Michelle successfully steered the business through the pandemic, doubling its turnover in just three years. Known for her innovative thinking and ability to inspire teams, she consistently challenges boundaries to deliver exceptional results.

Louise Monkman - Commercial Lead
With a successful career spanning over 15 years in the FMCG sector, Louise Monkman is an accomplished Sales Controller with extensive expertise across Ambient, Chilled, and Frozen categories, including Pet Care, BWS, Soft Drinks, Spreads, Sauces, and Savoury Pastry.


Louise has managed a diverse portfolio of accounts and teams across key channels such as Grocery, Wholesale, Convenience, Discounters, and Foodservice. Her career includes working with brand owners, third-party brands, and own-label producers, as well as managing products into food manufacturing.


A skilled strategist with strong commercial acumen, Louise excels in negotiation, team leadership, and sales strategy and planning. She is known for her enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude and her ability to deliver results.


In her most recent role as Senior Commercial Manager at Pukka, Louise led the Convenience Retail and Wholesale Channel, developing and implementing channel strategies, managing trading relationships with major retailers like Booker, Coop, and Spar, and driving new business in Food to Go across Convenience and Travel sectors.


Previously, as Foodservice Channel Lead at Valeo Foods UK, Louise managed the Foodservice Channel, overseeing key brands such as Rowse Honey and Buckwud Maple Syrup while supporting manufacturing and export opportunities. At Hall & Woodhouse, she served as Business Unit Controller, responsible for channel strategies and senior trading relationships across Wholesale, driving growth and efficiencies across multiple key accounts.


Louise’s expertise in P&L management, account leadership, and channel development is complemented by her ability to foster relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions. Her vast network and deep understanding of the FMCG landscape make her a trusted partner in driving commercial success.

Angela Rawstorne - Sustainability Lead

With over two decades of experience in driving impactful business change, Angela Rawstorne is a seasoned sustainability consultant. With an MSc in Sustainability, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, as well as GRI certification, Angela combines deep strategic expertise with hands-on implementation skills.


As a specialist in B Corp certification and sustainability reporting strategy, Angela has guided organisations ranging from government agencies to global media companies through sustainability transformations. Notable projects include leading Bord Bia's first sustainability reporting strategy and implementing comprehensive sustainability frameworks across international markets.


Angela’s expertise spans carbon reduction strategies, stakeholder engagement, sustainable business model innovation, and impact measurement. Her work has earned industry recognition, including the BSME Award for Best Innovation for her pioneering sustainability initiatives in the media sector.


Qualified with distinctions in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge and Sustainable Fashion Branding from SDA Bocconi, Angela brings academic rigor alongside practical experience. Certified in GRI Reporting, Carbon Literacy, and IEMA, she is actively involved in sustainability innovation through initiatives like Common Mission Hack4 Sustainability.


Before consulting, Angela held senior leadership roles at major media organisations, including Future Media and Time Inc. Her commercial experience enables her to design sustainability strategies that deliver measurable environmental impact and tangible business benefits.

Susy Weitz – Brand Lead 
An expert in Insights, Brand Strategy, and Creativity, with over 20 years of experience spanning consumer healthcare, retail, and food and drink. Susy Weitz combines strategic insight, creativity, and commercial acumen to deliver impactful brand solutions. From accelerating growth for start-ups to developing sophisticated strategies for global giants like Unilever North America. Susy’s expertise spans the full spectrum of brand development and execution.


Susy specialises in defining the core principles that guide brands, ensuring their authenticity and alignment across marketing, business, and organizational channels. Her work consistently delivers clarity, direction, and competitive advantage for a diverse portfolio of clients. Susy’s extensive skill set includes:
